Lyn is patient and persistent. She stuck with us for over a year until we got exactly what we wanted!  

She is always there. Being in Alabama and not being in able to see the houses. I needed to rely on dependability. She was enjoyable! I felt right away and all along that she was a "friend" in buying a property. 

Lyn, took on responsibilities so as we could move forward in a timely fashion. Scheduling stove & electrical repairs and pest control. It was an amazing help to me! WE are so grateful for Lyn and Windermere and how well she handled my anxieties and frustrations with the seller. Lyn made the experience WAY less painful with her kindness, professional and constant availability!
